The Croft is a contemporary purpose built care home situated on the prestigous King Street built in the award winning village of Whalley. The residential home hosts 26 residents amongst its several lounges, dining and quiet areas.
The Croft has been recently restored and extended to create an extremely comfortable, modern care home which sets new standards for care. With fabulous views across the Ribble Valley and facilities to rival those of a top hotel.
The home boasts many late 18th Century and early 19th Century interior features, with grand interiors and spacious rooms. We have created a care home with the highest quality finish, upgraded and added to whilst retaining its former glory.
A combination of original and new rooms ensures that elegant entertaining spaces are complemented by practical purpose-built bedrooms with en-suite facilities which suit the varied care needs of our residents.
The luxurious environment with impressive decoration, belies the careful, thoughtful design. We have taken into account ease of movement and navigation, good visibility and accessibility, promoting maximum independence. These features include strong lighting for safety, and low windowsills which enable residents to admire wildlife including squirrels and birds in the extensive gardens.
